YOUR TASKS
- End-to-end HR support for employees and managers in the support area (Operations)
- Advising and coaching employees and managers
- Continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors modules EC and UKG, SuperUser
- Designing training content for the «Digital University» and leading its implementation as well as actively assisting with personnel and leadership development elements
YOUR PROFILE
- Sound knowledge of all steps of Employee Life Cycle Management including recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to convey complex content in a recipient-oriented manner, also in the role of practical trainer
- Good knowledge of labour law and interest in HR process and system landscape
- Experience in talent management and personnel development
- Open, resilient team player with initiative and an affinity for digital processes
