• Resource- and solution-oriented counselling of children, young people, parents and adult caregivers by telephone and other electronic channels
• Referral of contacts and triage to specialist agencies; in emergencies, initiation of crisis interventions
• The counselling takes place in shifts, focusing on night, weekend duties and short-term assignments

• Tertiary education in psychology, social work or social pedagogy and preferably further training in counselling or student of a corresponding course of study
• Experience working with children, young people and adults
• Native German speaker or C2 level
• Confident, solid Microsoft 365 user skills
• Socially competent, resilient, committed, flexible
• Enjoyment of media-mediated counselling as well as working independently

• You will be professionally introduced to telephone counselling based on our specialist concept and, depending on the situation, additionally to online counselling
• Work assignments are according to the deployment plan and short-term according to availability
• Your workplace is either in our office premises in the centre of Bern or in the home office. The introduction takes place on site!
• 16-32 hours/month (according to deployment plan) as well as further short-term assignments according to availability
• Possibility of permanent employment with a higher workload
