Your area of responsibility

• Hub function for service in the Zurich region: You coordinate, mediate, and ensure efficient information flow
• Independent planning of service orders and creation of invoices
• General correspondence with internal and external parties
• Planning and organization of administrative tasks – proactive, structured, and reliable
• Support of the team in operational matters with a high quality standard for your own work
• Solution-oriented, networked thinking with changing requirements
• Professional, friendly interaction with various stakeholders – you are an important representative of the location
