SRK Nursing Assistant Night Shift 40-60% (m/f)

• You apply your expertise and experience competently and respectfully in basic care
• You perceive and fulfill the individual needs of the residents as best as possible and appreciatively
• You support the self-determination and independence of the residents
• You comply with hygiene guidelines and also take on housekeeping tasks
• You carry out the care documentation thoroughly and independently

• Completed course as SRK Nursing Assistant
• Several years of professional experience is an advantage
• A natural mindfulness for our residents and their needs, even in demanding situations
• Experience in night shifts is mandatory
• Your natural awareness of being part of the team, where mutual support, respect, and cooperation are highly valued
• Your warmth, combined with a touch of humor, rounded off with a sense of responsibility and open communication skills
• Good oral and written German skills
