To strengthen our quality management team, we are looking for a
Head of Quality Management (m/f/d). In this responsible role, you will report directly to the Managing Director Logistics & Services and, together with your team, take overall responsibility for our quality management system.

You will ensure its effectiveness and continuous development in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, promote a sustainable quality culture and support the departments in consistently further developing processes and quality standards.

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of the quality management team
• Overall responsibility for ensuring and continuously developing the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Planning and controlling the quality strategy and quality objectives as well as regular reporting and management review for the executive management
• Planning, conducting and accompanying internal, external and recertification audits as well as ensuring the resulting measures
• Continuous analysis and optimisation of processes and quality standards as well as initiation and implementation of KVP and CAPA measures
• Responsibility for risk management, validations, test planning as well as customer, supplier and internal quality deviations
• Cross-departmental consulting and support in quality methods, regulatory requirements and technical documentation as well as promoting a sustainable quality culture

Your profile

• Technical basic training with advanced education, ideally in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of solid experience in quality management in a technical or regulated industrial environment, ideally with leadership experience
• Very good knowledge and practical experience with the quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
• Confident handling of quality management methods and corresponding software tools
• Distinct analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Convincing leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to drive quality topics across departments
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
