Responsibilities

In this versatile position, you are primarily responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining our modern production facilities. Additionally, you will take on tasks in the mixing and laboratory departments as a deputy. You will ensure that our powder mixtures are produced exactly according to the recipe and that the required quality checks are reliably carried out. With your careful, structured, and independent working style, you will contribute significantly to efficient production and compliance with our high quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Main Tasks

• Operation and monitoring of production machines and equipment (90%)
• Precise production of powder mixtures from raw materials according to specified recipes and manufacturing instructions (deputy)
• Conducting and documenting quality analyses of raw materials, powder mixtures, and finished products using laboratory equipment (deputy)
• Ensuring smooth production processes
• Performing quality controls and documenting the results
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines according to specifications
• Support with packaging, storage, or preparation of raw materials
• Working in a regulated 2- or 3-shift system (depending on demand, currently 2-shift)

Qualifications

• Experience in operating production, packaging, or mixing equipment is an advantage
• Technical understanding and manual skills; completed technical or craft training is an advantage
• Ideally experience in the laboratory field, especially with pH measurements, moisture analyses, or HPLC systems
• Knowledge of handling recipes, raw materials, and precise dosing and mixing processes is an advantage
• High reliability, teamwork, resilience, and initiative
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good communication skills in English
