Deltapharm
Established in Onex for 15 years, the DeltaPharm pharmacy is a local community pharmacy integrated into a health centre. It serves a nearby clientele and is situated in an environment conducive to exchanges between healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a pharmacist in charge at 100% to take responsibility for the pharmacy and support its team on a daily basis.
Your conditions:
- Permanent contract
- Start date: as soon as possible
- Activity rate: 100%, based on 40 hours per week.
- Holiday entitlement: 5 weeks per year
Your mission:
You ensure the professional responsibility of the pharmacy and oversee the quality of services, the safety of dispensing, and compliance with the requirements applicable to the pharmacy.
In this capacity, you:
- Welcome and advise patients, check and validate prescriptions, and contribute to the quality of their care.
- Supervise and support the team, promoting collaboration and skills development.
- Organise daily activities, including scheduling and absence management.
- Manage the QMS Pharma quality management system and ensure the maintenance of ISO 9001 certification, the application of procedures, and continuous improvement of practices.
- Work with management to adapt the organisation and resources to the pharmacy’s needs and develop its services.
Your skills:
- You hold a pharmacist diploma recognised in Switzerland and authorisation to practise under your own professional responsibility.
- You have solid experience in team management.
- You enjoy contact with patients and collaboration between healthcare professionals.
- You demonstrate rigour, organisation, flexibility, and initiative.
- You are proficient with common IT tools; knowledge of Tactil is an asset.
