Casino Interlaken AG is a significant company in the Swiss entertainment industry. YOUR PLAYING FIELD
At StarVegas, you are the first point of contact when the team needs IT support, and at the same time right in the middle when servers, systems and applications are being worked on in the background. Your mission is exciting and varied:
- You receive support requests, analyse them and resolve them in 1st and 2nd level support
- You manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure and train employees on IT questions
- You participate in the maintenance and monitoring of our servers, networks and clients and support backup, security and update processes
- You contribute to the development, adaptation and documentation of internal applications, from testing to deployment
- You support the IT manager in day-to-day business and ensure that IT operations continue in his absence
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
You are exactly right in our IT team if you bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training or further education in the IT field
- A focus on system technology or application development is an advantage
- First experience in IT support and system administration
- Basic knowledge in software development, such as Python or PowerShell
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux servers, virtualisation, networks and cloud services
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment in pursuing problems to the root
- Good German skills and very good English skills
- A clean debt enforcement and criminal record
