Clinic for Nephrology

For the Clinic for Nephrology, which employs 43 staff members, we are looking from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement for a competent, reliable and committed individual as deputy to the Head of Nursing. The nephrology department includes a nephrology outpatient clinic with approximately 4500 consultations per year, an infusion room with 400-450 treatments per year, the dialysis ward with around 11,000 haemodialyses per year, renal replacement procedures at the Centre for Intensive Care, plasma exchange treatments as well as the care of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis and home haemodialysis.

Who we are
Your tasks
- Together with the Head of Department, you take on the professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing team of the Clinic for Nephrology and share responsibility for the quality of care and further development of professional and patient-centred nursing
- You share responsibility for compliance with the staffing plan and the recruitment of new employees
- Interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and taking the lead in organising and structuring relevant processes are an exciting challenge for you
- As deputy to the Head of Department, you are particularly responsible for the further development of the growing nephrology outpatient clinic and the infusion room
Your profile
- You are a qualified nurse HF, ideally with professional experience in a larger outpatient clinic or in the field of nephrology and dialysis
- You have already successfully demonstrated your leadership skills in a comparable role or are willing to undertake appropriate training
- You are enthusiastically committed to the further development of the Clinic for Nephrology
- You practise your profession with great motivation and joy, enjoy working in a team, think and act in a networked and service-oriented manner
- In interdisciplinary issues and their implementation, you constructively assume your leadership role
