As a commercial customer advisor, you are part of our internal sales department at our company location in Rheinbreitbach (near Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Sankt Augustin, Hennef, Koblenz). Together with twelve other employees and your department management, you support our customers with product inquiries and orders related to labels.
- You are responsible for general correspondence and telephone calls with customers
- You record label offers and calculate prices according to specifications and process incoming customer orders
- You also ensure orderly procurement and timely delivery of the produced labels
- You maintain close telephone contact with customers and are passionate and enthusiastic about building and expanding the business relationship
- Systematic maintenance of prices, order conditions, and customer-specific material descriptions also fall within your area of responsibility
- You always show interest and openness to customer concerns.

- Completed commercial training, preferably with professional experience
- You are proficient in using a PC and the common MS Office programmes
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- A structured and precise way of working is a matter of course for you
- You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- An independent but also team-oriented working style is your strength
- You are an organisational talent with pronounced communication skills and solution orientation.
