What you can achieve
- Development, establishment, and implementation of a systematic and long-term successful market strategy for the application area of liquid plastic and basement waterproofing
- Active support of the structural engineering sales team in acquiring new customers as well as in the technical consulting of architects, planners, and users
- Ensuring permanent, professionally sound consulting competence to operationally support the sales team
- Conducting initial instructions with new customers directly on the construction site
- Design, planning, and execution of training sessions at the swisspor Academy as well as on-site at the customer
- Independent acquisition of new customers in the area of liquid plastic and basement waterproofing
- Active participation in the design, planning, and implementation of marketing activities for the responsible application area
- Collaboration in product development and further development in close cooperation with the Head of Technology as well as with suppliers and partners
- Support in market and competitor analyses as well as in evaluating the market potential of the managed products and systems
- Function as a technical contact person for internal employees as well as for external partners such as customers, architects, planners, and interested parties
- Development of sales-supporting measures, including technical documentation, processing guidelines, application recommendations, training materials, social media content, and content for digital platforms
- Preparation and execution of internal and external training sessions in cooperation with the Technical Service and the specialists
What you bring with you
- We are looking for a construction professional with a technical education in construction (e.g., technician HF, construction foreman, waterproofing specialist, tinsmith, or comparable).
- You have solid experience with liquid plastics and basement waterproofing (SIA 272).
- You think customer-centered and move confidently in the market – you feel comfortable exchanging with architects, planners, and users.
- Training, technical consulting, and practical knowledge transfer are among your strengths.
- You enjoy analyzing and have a sense for market, product, and system developments.
- You work independently, structured, and take responsibility.
- You convince with clear communication, confident appearance, and negotiation skills.
- Very good German in spoken and written form is a matter of course for you; additional languages are a plus.
