As a Junior Project Manager Flooring, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and supervision of various projects. You work closely with customers and craftsmen to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Job Description

• Planning and coordination of flooring work, including the preparation of cost estimates and work schedules
• Coordination of material deliveries and craftsmen on site
• Supervision of the construction site to ensure that all work is carried out according to specifications
• Responsibility for employee safety and compliance with occupational safety regulations
• Ensuring customer satisfaction, including advising on various types of flooring
• Billing and financial control of the project, including budget monitoring and invoicing
• Leadership and training of employees

Job Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as a floor and parquet layer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or equivalent training
• Preferably some initial experience in project management
• Solid technical knowledge
• Understanding of occupational safety regulations and ability to comply with them
• Team player and communicative
• Driving licence category B
