Job Description
With outreach and (partially) supervised services, Stiftung Jugendnetzwerk offers individual and flexible solutions for adolescents, young adults, and families. The services offered - family activation - Start-Life youth housing - residential groups - complement each other effectively. From December 1, 2025 or by arrangement, we are looking for a psychologist (50-80%) for the internal Psychological Service. The Psychological Service provides central, cross-service offerings to strengthen our socio-pedagogical, psychosocial client work. Areas of responsibility
The work of the socio-pedagogical specialists with clients is based on sound psychosocial diagnostics and derived interventions. All services have implemented schema work (schema counseling/schema coaching) and corresponding methods and tools. The Psychological Service supports the specialists in the services:
- Conducting/evaluating psychometric test procedures and corresponding short reports
- Corresponding evaluation discussions with clients and specialists (including psychoeducation)
- Residential groups and Start-Life: advising and coaching the specialist teams on service-specific schema work and dealing with dysfunctional schemas
- Supporting specialists in cooperation with clinics and psychotherapy
- Conceptual work, design and implementation of workshops and training on current psychosocial topics (depending on know-how) Requirements
- Completed studies in psychology (Master or Licentiate); therapeutic additional qualifications desirable
- Experience in schema therapy/schema work is desirable
- Willingness to further train in schema work in the context of youth & family assistance
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults with psychosocial multiple burdens and partly psychiatric diagnoses
- Experience/knowledge in the application of psychological test procedures
- Experience with interdisciplinary cooperation of socio-pedagogy and psychology/therapy is an advantage
- Good verbal and written expression, especially reporting
- Personality with high professional competence as well as empathy, reliability, clarity, humor We offer you
