- Independently manage construction projects in new builds and renovations
- Plan schedules and site logistics proactively
- Conduct construction meetings and prepare minutes
- Coordinate specialist planners and executing craft businesses
- Accompany handovers with defect rectification and warranty inspections
Requirements
- Qualification in construction is required
- Initial practical experience in construction management is ideally present
- Further training in construction management, construction planning or construction management is considered a plus
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Willingness for assignments mainly within Switzerland
