The Daycare Centre for Active Researchers (TaFF) has been operating four locations in the canton of Lucerne since 2009. We offer the children under our care optimal learning and development opportunities every day. With us, children are free to research and discover to their heart's content!

For our location in Wolhusen, we are looking for a group leader 80% - 100% from 1 August or by arrangement.

What we wish for:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and flexible person who is wholeheartedly interested in working with children and wants to work with great joy in a lively, varied environment. You have a qualification as a childcare professional EFZ and bring several years of experience in caring for children.

You are characterised by an independent, clear and flexible way of working. In hectic situations, you keep an overview and contribute to structured workflows.

Your area of responsibility:

• Leading the staff
• Supervising apprentices
• Organisational and administrative tasks
• Planning and carrying out daily routines, activities and excursions
• Caring for the children
• Assisting with, planning and implementing structures in everyday life, implementing a goal-oriented weekly plan
• Working with parents
