For our production, we are looking for a production employee on an hourly wage basis, 50–80% workload, starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

What you will do with us

• Participate in manufacturing: punching, cutting, gluing, rolling, assembling and picking
• Operate manual machines safely and skillfully
• Manage the warehouse and prepare materials
• Assist in shipping, including packing and preparing for dispatch

You can see in the evening what you have done during the day. One-off pieces and series alternate, no day is the same.

What you bring

• Manual dexterity and a precise, independent working style
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of practical work
• Quality and safety awareness
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Reliability, willingness to perform and flexibility regarding workload
• An open manner and a positive basic attitude within the team
• Good physical condition (standing, lifting, working in production)

A completed vocational training is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is that you work carefully and are willing to get stuck in.
