Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, we are looking for an experienced finance and accounting professional. You will work on the preparation and reconciliation of the balance sheet and income statement of previous years, support financial statements according to OR and IFRS, and contribute to processes and projects that further develop accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and reconciliation of the balance sheet and income statement of previous years
- Analysing last year’s booking transactions and reconciling OR vs IFRS
- Evaluating necessary measures to correct historical discrepancies
- Assisting with the general and subsidiary ledgers
- Assisting with statutory (OR) and group financial statements (IFRS)
- Assisting in process definition and implementation of necessary adjustments
- Assisting with taxes, VAT returns, and close collaboration with controlling
- Assisting with project implementation
- Assisting with audits (OR)
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training and more than 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, professional certificate desired
- Native German or French speaker with good written and spoken skills in the other language. English is an advantage
- Experienced in communication with customers and internal stakeholders
- Very good user skills across the entire MS Office suite
- Independent, precise, and reliable working style
- Team-oriented, motivated, and positive personality with a flair for numbers
