Responsible Dipl. Nurse HF/FH as Ward Manager 80-100%

For our client, a renowned center in long-term care, we are looking for an enthusiastic leader. You bring your expertise from your training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and preferably already have leadership experience? Our client offers you a varied challenge with a lot of responsibility in a newly established ward for long-term care.

• You have the unique opportunity to build up a ward with your team
• As a leader, you take on the personnel and organizational management
• You maintain close communication with the nursing management and the nursing expert and implement the concept in your ward
• High quality of care and support is important to you and you are responsible for ensuring this is maintained at all training levels
• You maintain active exchange with the management team and are open to changes

• You have further training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH or SRK recognition
• You already have leadership experience or have further training in this area
• Experience in long-term care is required for this exciting role
• You are an organizational talent and bring a certain flexibility
• You have good user knowledge of Outlook and Word and preferably already have Besa knowledge
