We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Manager Commission Strategy & Enablement to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our commission structures and payout systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate tracking, effective payouts, and alignment with business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing compensation strategies, analyzing performance data, and ensuring transparent communication across departments.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Analyze Sales and Revenue Data: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to identify key revenue drivers and set performance metrics
• Develop Commission Plans: Define commission tiers, bonus structures, and long-term compensation strategies for various roles
• Benchmarking: Regularly review and align commission structures with company goals and evaluate the financial impact of commission structures on profitability
• Develop Payout Systems: Design accurate commission tracking and payout systems, integrating with Beqom software and our DWH
• Set Up Automation: Implement automated workflows to minimize errors and provide real-time commission visibility
• Define Payment Timelines and Approval Processes: Establish clear workflows for commission validation, approval, and payout that provide transparency to Sales Teams

YOUR SKILLS:

• Strong analytical skills
• Hands on experience with commissioning processes, incentive design standards and relevant regulations
• Several years of experience as a commissioning manager or in a similar role
• Pro-active and ownership taking, taking over end-to-end responsibility for allocated tasks
• Hands-on mentality as well as ability to cope with high pressure assignments and used to meeting strict deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively and comfortably with senior leadership
