As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you are the central support for the project managers of our client in the field of energy technology / infrastructure construction. You take on the operational planning, monitoring, and control of schedules, costs, procurement, and risks – thus contributing significantly to the successful completion of the projects.

Your main tasks
- Responsibility for the long-, medium- and short-term planning of procurements from the projects
- Monitoring the timely preparation of specifications
- Preparation and monitoring of schedule, investment, and quality KPIs
- Review and validation of financial planning as well as scheduling in the projects
- Checking risk assessments for completeness and consistent evaluation
- Support in order processing of framework agreements and mini-tenders
- Control of order volumes and ensuring correct billing to the projects
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or business
- At least 3 years of practical experience as a Project Management Officer or in administrative support of project managers in large projects
- Ideally industry knowledge in the electricity/energy sector or other infrastructure areas
- Good knowledge of electrical engineering, energy transmission and distribution systems is an advantage
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and project management tools
- Strong analytical skills, structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social and communication competence – also in demanding situations
- Very good German skills (native); advanced knowledge of French or Italian as well as English
