To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced personality as Mixing Master / Asphalt Plant Employee.

• Production of asphalt mix for various applications – from foundation to top layer
• Ensuring the required quality according to recipes, specifications and customer requirements
• Receiving customer orders and coordinating assignments
• Scheduling production and ensuring smooth operations
• Creating delivery notes and accurate documentation of production and delivery data
• Ordering and managing mineral materials and other required supplies
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring sufficient material availability
• Operating, monitoring and controlling the asphalt mixing plant during production
• Early detection of malfunctions and assisting in their resolution
• Assisting with maintenance, servicing and overhaul of the plants, especially during the winter season

• Ideally, you have experience as a mixing master in an asphalt plant
• Alternatively, you have practical contact with asphalt, e.g. as a driver, machine operator or road construction worker, and are motivated and capable of quickly learning the tasks of a mixing master
• Solid knowledge of asphalt production, recipe management and plant operation is an advantage
• Technical understanding of production plants, machines and maintenance work
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Can-do attitude and a good eye for tasks at hand
• Resilience, organisational skills and calmness even under high workload
• Enjoyment of customer contact and professional demeanour towards customers and drivers
• Willingness for occasional temporary assignments at the Hardwald / Unterengstringen site
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least level B2
