Carpenter with Leadership Experience for Façade Construction Projects

• Planning and management of assembly processes on construction sites including all necessary facilities
• Monitoring compliance with work and construction schedules during the project
• Ensuring the timely provision of materials, components as well as operational and auxiliary means
• Control of schedule, cost, quality, and quantity parameters
• Organisation and management of subcontractors on site as well as ensuring occupational safety and health protection

• Completed vocational training in metal or structural engineering
• Several years of experience in site management of façade projects
• Professional expertise in façade construction and ideally leadership experience
• Excellent organisational skills as well as reliable and solution-oriented working
• Confident communication skills with various interlocutors with fluent German language skills
