Health Specialist EFZ 60 - 100% - Spitex & Long-term Care

For an established institution in the field of long-term care and Spitex, we are looking for a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 60 - 100%. You can expect a varied role in inpatient and outpatient care with a lot of independence and direct contact with elderly people.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• Experience in long-term care and/or Spitex
• Independent and responsible working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B

Tasks

• Professional care and support of residents
• Independent execution of Spitex assignments
• Co-responsibility for high care quality
• Contact person for relatives and key persons
• Collaboration in the interprofessional team
