Project Manager(limited to 3 years) 80 - 100%
The Canton of Zurich as well as its cities and municipalities are jointly driving the digital transformation forward. In this context, the egovpartner office plays a central role. It coordinates and prioritises common concerns and implements projects with the aim of realising user-oriented, seamless digital administrative processes and synergies between municipalities, cities and the canton. In addition, egovpartner creates a framework with conferences, events and exchange of experience, in which networks are built and used to achieve common goals. The financing is provided by the municipalities, cities and the Canton of Zurich.
We are looking for a Project Manager to start immediately or by arrangement, who, together with an innovative team and creative partners from municipalities, cities and the canton, will drive forward joint digitalisation projects for the benefit of the population and the economy. The position is limited to three years.
Your tasks:
· You work on projects and initiatives in the egovpartner network in various roles. Our

· You advise our agreement partners in the field of digitalisation and digital transformation,
with a special focus on the topics of e-ID and/or justitia.swiss
In doing so
· you take an active role in projects and initiatives, together with various
stakeholders from specialist and technology areas
· you manage projects according to HERMES, including stakeholder management, planning/control and
project communication
· you support the management of the office in the further development of the egovpartner portfolio
· you contribute to the development and expansion of the egovpartner network and thus promote collaboration
and knowledge exchange between municipalities, cities and the canton
Your profile:
· You have experience in project management, preferably in the areas of digitalisation /
digital transformation
· You think holistically, plan analytically, implement pragmatically and goal-oriented
· You see yourself as a service provider
· You find working in the administrative environment exciting and have an interest in digital
public services, such as those currently being developed with the e-ID trust infrastructure and the justitia.swiss-
platform
· Ideally, you have a network in the municipal and/or cantonal area
· You enjoy finding a realistic compromise together with different stakeholders from specialist and technology
teams
· We are looking for a colleague with a few years of professional experience
· A qualification in (business) informatics, administrative sciences, business administration or
related disciplines supports you in fulfilling the tasks
