Service Technician (m/f/d) at Wecotech AG

Due to the professional advancement of one of our fitters, the position for a service technician has become available. The main task is to commission Wecotech tube forming machines directly at our customers worldwide and to introduce the customer personnel to Wecotech tube forming practice. Of course, repair assignments and refresher training are also part of the duties of our service technicians.

Before machines and systems leave our premises, they are handed over to the responsible fitters for final acceptance so that they can familiarise themselves with the special conditions with customer-specific tools and forming products and get to know the project in-house.

The duration of deployment at the customer is thus minimised and usually lasts less than a week. Service assignments at Wecotech rarely require two or more weeks.

Wecotech forming machines are fully electric with spindle drives or fully hydraulic via hydraulic cylinders. The axes are controlled via PLC and Wecotech's own software.

For this very demanding task, we require training as a mechanic, basic knowledge of electrical schematics and hydraulics.
Ideal prerequisites include prior knowledge in maintenance.
For assignments in nearby Europe, a vehicle (also for private use) is available.
