RegioSpitex Limmattal is a modern, future-oriented non-profit organisation with around 130 employees, which ensures outpatient nursing and care for the residents of Dietikon, Schlieren and Urdorf.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH (40-100%)
Your diverse tasks are:
- You are active in direct nursing and take on the advice and guidance of clients, relatives and employees in complex care situations
- You carry out needs assessments using the InterRAI instrument
(Costs for InterRAI training are covered by RegioSpitex Limmattal) - As case manager, you are responsible for planning and implementing the nursing process for your clients
- You play an active role in collaboration with the supervising interdisciplinary network and coordinate the corresponding services for your clients
You bring with you:
- You have a qualification as a Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH and ideally relevant professional experience in this field
- You are an open and flexible personality who enjoys engaging with people
- You have good communication skills and are confident in using mobile nursing documentation (smartphone)
- You think in a networked way, work independently and responsibly
