What will you do?
You will lead our sales team and help shape our growth strategy as a member of the executive board. Thanks to high automation and a lean sales process, you have little administration. You spend your time where it counts: with customers, suppliers, and leading your team.
- Develop new sales channels and listings in Swiss retail
- Lead, coach, and drive performance in the sales team (three field sales, one channel marketing manager)
- Work closely with our CEO in corporate management
- Take over and expand your own key accounts
- Actively support the supplier side and expand partnerships
What you bring
You live sales to major customers. You are entrepreneurial, strong in negotiation, and enjoy leading.
- Active network in Swiss retail
- Proven success in opening new sales channels
- Experience in leading a sales team
- Top-level negotiation skills
- Hands-on mentality and high drive
