How you inspire
- You are a member of a partly virtual team with around 12 employees and work side by side with your team members, supporting the BEKB|BCBE financial coaches in administrative tasks
- You independently process orders from the financial coaches, clarify matters with our customers or the financial coaches, and ensure an efficient process in the back office
- You think ahead, enjoy working in a virtual team with the option of an additional regional workplace in Thun, Bern or Biel, and ensure a high level of service quality
- You appreciate working independently, promote continuous improvement with your ideas, adapt flexibly to new challenges, and adhere to the specified processing times
- You have the opportunity to engage in the further development of our company, enjoy questioning the status quo, and thus make an active contribution
What you bring
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship at EFZ level and ideally have experience in processing or sales
- In addition to German, you also have a very good level of French and are willing to develop yourself individually
- You are responsible, question existing processes, and bring initiative
- You communicate skilfully for great collaboration within the team and with our financial coaches and appreciate an open feedback culture
- You have a quick grasp of things, and topics such as solution-oriented and independent working methods as well as quality awareness are self-evident to you
