Two Legal Collaborators
Secretariat of the Department of Justice, Security and Health | 40-90% (total 130%) | Chur
The Department of Justice, Security and Health is the largest department and performs varied tasks for the benefit of the Graubünden population. It consists of eight services and the department secretariat. The department secretariat is the staff body of the department. It supports the department director in managing the department as well as in matters related to conduct, communication, and public relations.
For March 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking for two legal collaborators for our legal service.
Tasks
- Independent processing of administrative appeals in the areas of law concerning judicial enforcement, foreigners, road traffic, and health
- Advice and support to the department on legal matters
- Advice and support to the department's services on legal matters
- Preparation of proposals for the government
- Response to complex legal questions and their evaluation
Your skills
- Completed university studies in law
- Professional experience gained within public administration, at a court, or a law firm
- Knowledge of public law is an advantage
- Insight, ability to handle stressful situations, teamwork skills, initiative
- Independent, service- and solution-oriented working method
- Communication skills
- Excellent written and oral expression skills in German
- Knowledge of Romansh and Italian is desirable
