Our gastronomy at the Regional Care Centre Baden provides fresh, balanced and enjoyable meals daily for our residents, employees and guests. Quality, variety and a strong service orientation are at the heart of what we do.
The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised, professional care and support – which also includes a kitchen that combines enjoyment and quality of life.
With the establishment of an independent confectionery-pastry function and the move to our new, state-of-the-art kitchen in autumn 2026, we are creating an environment where you can specifically contribute your craft and further develop it.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a committed, creative and reliable individual to start immediately or by arrangement
This is how you will support us:
- You are responsible for producing desserts, sweet dishes and baked goods for our residents and guests
- You help us build an attractive, seasonal range – tailored to the needs of long-term care
- You actively contribute your ideas and help establish the "patisserie" with us
- You ensure consistently high quality and appealing presentation
- You take into account special dietary requirements (e.g. adapted diets)
- You consistently comply with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- You work closely with the kitchen team
This is how you can convince us:
- You have completed training as a Confectioner-Pastry Chef EFZ or equivalent
- You have experience in patisserie or bakery / confectionery
- You work in a structured, independent manner with a high quality standard driven by passion for the craft
- You are creative but also pragmatic in everyday implementation
- You enjoy helping to build something new
- You are team-oriented and willing to pitch in
