About the job

To ensure our service technicians are at the right place at the right time and our customers are served quickly and reliably, we are looking for a committed and highly organised individual for our service dispatch immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Handling all customer concerns by phone and in writing
• Recording incoming and existing customer orders
• Scheduling the daily service routes of our technicians
• Processing customer enquiries up to invoicing
• Contributing to process optimisation
• Preparing and following up on internal/external meetings
• Supporting the project team with appointment organisation and administrative tasks
• General secretarial duties: telephone, mail, event organisation

What you bring:

• Professional experience in dispatch
• Commercial basic training with a technical flair
• Open and engaging personality with strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented, structured and reliable working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Very good MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook)
