Electrician with Site Management Responsibilities and Team Leadership
Tasks
- Independent management of electrical installation projects of various sizes
- Leadership and coordination of a small installation team
- Planning, organisation, and supervision of on-site work
- Ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new contacts
- Active participation on the construction site
Requirements
- Completed training as an electrician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Initial experience in site management or the desire to develop in this area
- Organisational talent and leadership skills
- Independent, reliable working style
