Over the past 47 years, Permamed has successfully established itself in the Swiss market with its innovative product portfolio, especially in the treatment of skin diseases, rheumatism, sports injuries, venous diseases, and phytotherapy.

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a committed individual as

Pharma Marketing Assistant RX (m/f) 80-100%.

Your Responsibilities

• Operational marketing support for selected medicinal products (Rx/OTC)
• Design and implementation of marketing and advertising plans
• Writing mailings, advertisements, and PR texts – in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing
• Organisation of congresses and internal training events
• Administrative tasks: general correspondence, support for the Head of Marketing and Medical, administrative preparation of meetings (hotels, location, presentations)
• Monitoring the market, competition, and trends (including social media) as a basis for new impulses
• Management of social media accounts (medicinal products)
• Close and regular collaboration with the field sales team

Your Profile

• Education or further training (e.g. Federal Certificate) in marketing, communication, or healthcare; relevant experience and skills are decisive
• Experience in the operational management of marketing activities, ideally in pharmaceutical marketing
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in pharmaceutical marketing (Swissmedic, HMG, Pharma Code) is an advantage
• A flair for numbers and analyses as well as a keen sense for marketing
• Confident writing of mailings, advertisements, and PR texts. You implement ideas and campaigns independently rather than primarily delegating them to external agencies
• Affinity for B2C marketing
• Familiarity with modern media and social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Independent, proactive working style and genuine hands-on mentality
• Doer type rather than just a coordinator
• Creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and assertiveness
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills for field sales and cross-departmental thinking
• Organisational talent; you keep a cool head even in a hectic environment
• Knowledge of Xpris CRM is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written – mandatory prerequisite
• French and Italian language skills are an advantage
