Your Tasks

You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day
You conduct RAI assessments and promote the autonomy of our residents
You recognize and manage emergency situations
You assist in the daily care according to the kinesthetic approach of our residents and train our learners
You independently and comprehensively maintain the electronic care documentation

What You Bring

Training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, AKP, DNII, DNI or PsyKP
You have professional experience in the inpatient long-term care sector and with dementia patients
Good oral and written German skills, Italian is an advantage
Good RAI knowledge in the classification of dementia patients is an advantage
You are an organizational talent and strive to make everyday life efficient
