You have a solid background in planning and temporary installations of event technology? Furthermore, you quickly find your way in complex projects and skilfully use your communication strengths in relationship-building internally and externally? Then strengthen our Habegger team.
At Habegger, you take on a key role in some of the most prestigious live events worldwide. Within the scope of our mandate at the global Formula 1 races from Japan to Spain to Abu Dhabi, as well as our activities in other international major projects, your experience in handling complex projects is in demand.
You will work with a dedicated and experienced team that passionately implements demanding event projects. You can expect international projects with high technical complexity and great visibility, as well as the opportunity to take responsibility and actively shape their implementation. Fancy a look? Exciting challenges
Management of international technical and structural projects, such as event technology in VIP lounges at Formula 1 races, power distribution at international football matches, or special projects at the Olympic Games
Operational responsibility for all Habegger services within the assigned projects, embedded in a powerful team
Customer consulting and ensuring customer satisfaction
Interface management with internal and external stakeholders
Ensuring smooth and targeted communication with all project participants
You bring
Training and/or further education in event technology – or practical hands-on experience learned from the ground up
At least 3-5 years of experience in project management of international events from the perspective of an event technology service provider, including budgeting and a strong track record in stakeholder management
German at least at B2 level, confident and fluent English at least C1 level
Willingness for worldwide assignments and high travel activity with absences totalling up to approx. 6 months per year
Qualification as an electrical specialist for event technology SQQ1 is an advantage, experience with international power installations (e.g. 110V)
Good knowledge in using the macOS suite and Office 365; Vectorworks
