Job Description

What to expect

• As a project manager, you are responsible for the entire planning process in the field of building services engineering for complex data centre projects.
• You lead your project team independently, autonomously and solution-oriented through all building services planning phases.
• Your main tasks include planning activities within the integral team, supported by Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• You also work closely with our internal specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, electrical engineering, construction management) as well as external specialist planners.
• You coordinate technical requirements such as cooling systems, air conditioning, heat dissipation, air flow, redundancy concepts and emergency scenarios.
• You represent ATP towards clients, authorities and executing companies.
• You support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal, taking into account climate-neutral planning with the aim of a sustainable data centre building.

Qualifications

What you bring

• You have completed a technical education or a degree in building services engineering (FH, HF or professional certificate).
• Your career shows several years of professional experience in building services planning and specialist construction management in all service phases of medium to large projects in the data centre sector.
• You enjoy leading a project team as well as actively supporting the training and promotion of young employees.
• You are proficient in AutoCAD and Revit and are enthusiastic about digital tools and BIM-supported processes.
• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written (at least C1 level) and have good English skills (at least B2 level).
• You are passionate about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability.
• Your confident appearance, your creative and independent working style, team spirit and analytical thinking distinguish you.
