Marketing Assistant 100%

Tasks

• Planning, implementation

and control of all marketing and advertising activities including

budget responsibility

• Realisation of

advertising measures (brochures, advertisements, radio spots, newsletters, social media,

sponsorship etc.) in cooperation with a graphic designer

• Support and

ongoing updating of the company website including e-shop

• Organisation and

execution of events (e.g. in-house exhibitions, cooking shows)

• Project responsibility

and coordination of all marketing activities

• Scheduling and
• monitoring of ongoing campaigns
• Creation and

processing of marketing materials (print, online, POS, mailings,

press articles etc.)

• Internal communication

and close cooperation with sales

• Interface function

between marketing, e-shop, assortment and exhibition

• Support and

further development of social media channels

• Responsibility for

sponsorship activities as well as maintenance of partnerships

• Support of

purchasing in marketing-relevant matters

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience and/or further training in marketing
• Experience with e-commerce / e-shop systems
• Organisational talent as well as structured and independent working style
• Very good IT skills
• Knowledge of social media and Google Ads
• Communicative, team-oriented personality
• Flexibility and willingness for occasional evening and

weekend shifts (events)

• Willingness to travel for trade fair visits
