Polymechanic for Toolmaking
Activities
- Programming and manufacturing of prototypes as well as series tools
- Monitoring, analysis, and optimization of manufacturing processes
- Technical support of the mold shop team (turning, milling, EDM)
- Maintenance, care, and proper operation of the machine park
- Ensuring quality, punctuality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Completed training as a polymechanic with CNC experience
- Experience in tool manufacturing (ideally for rubber molded parts)
- Good knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and structured working style
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, good German language skills, and perfect eyesight
