Your Tasks:

• Ensuring general safety and order within the clinic.
• Preventive actions to avoid incidents.
• Checking persons and monitoring the clinic premises.
• Supporting nursing staff in de-escalating conflict situations.
• Conducting rounds and monitoring security systems.

Your Profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in security services, ideally in the healthcare or clinical sector.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work in shifts.
• Knowledge in de-escalation and dealing with mentally stressed persons.
• Friendly but assertive demeanor and high professionalism.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form.
