Job Description
Your tasks with us:
Independent management of MSRT projects across all project phases for the power supply security of a site network operator (concept, planning, procurement, implementation, commissioning and handover)
Planning and further development of the MSRT infrastructure for power supply in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. integration of power supply systems into visualisation control systems/power monitoring systems, optimisation and further development of fault and alarm management, network control technology)
Integration of new systems into existing automation and control systems (e.g. integration into Siemens SIMATIC S7)
Optimisation of existing control and regulation systems regarding operational safety, energy efficiency and system availability
Ensuring that MSRT power supply systems and infrastructures meet the requirements regarding safety, quality, availability, energy efficiency as well as the regulatory requirements of the pharmaceutical industry
Organisation and supervision of maintenance, inspection and servicing measures of MSRT systems for power supply security
Establishment and continuous development of the MSRT power supply specialist area
Creation and review of technical documentation, risk analyses and qualification documents
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project risks
Responsibility for the design, further development and optimisation of MSRT processes
Coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external planners, suppliers and subcontractors
Ensuring compliance with GMP, safety and quality requirements
Close cooperation with operations, engineering/project planning and maintenance
Qualifications
This is how you inspire us:
Completed studies (FH/HF/BSc) in electrical engineering, systems engineering, building automation, automation or a comparable field or an equivalent technical education with corresponding professional experience
Several years of professional experience in planning, implementation and management of projects in the field of MSRT electrical and/or industrial building and process automation is required
Solid experience with visualisation systems and control centre solutions in an industrial environment
Experience in project planning, commissioning or support of automation solutions based on Siemens SIMATIC S7 and WinCC; knowledge of PCS 7 is desirable
Experience in energy optimisation, condition and availability analysis as well as in conducting technical risk analyses for MSRT power supply systems and MSRT processes (advantageous)
Experience in creating and maintaining MSRT, electrical and system documentation in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
Willingness for on-call duty at a later date
