Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Experience
Tasks
- Maintain and care for garden facilities and private green spaces comprehensively
- Efficient coordination and organisation of workflows in the customer garden
- Independent leadership and supervision of a team of 2 to 3 employees
- Direct customer contact with advice and recommendation of additional services
- Procurement of materials and digital recording of work assignments
- Support and guidance of apprentices during their training
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a gardener in landscaping EFZ
- Extensive experience in garden maintenance with comprehensive plant knowledge
- Careful and precise working method in the execution of all tasks
- Strong team skills, reliability and ideally first leadership experience
- Possession of a category B driving licence, trailer experience is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
