Gardener - Foreman with Leadership Experience

• Maintain and care for garden facilities and private green spaces comprehensively
• Efficient coordination and organisation of workflows in the customer garden
• Independent leadership and supervision of a team of 2 to 3 employees
• Direct customer contact with advice and recommendation of additional services
• Procurement of materials and digital recording of work assignments
• Support and guidance of apprentices during their training

• Completed vocational training as a gardener in landscaping EFZ
• Extensive experience in garden maintenance with comprehensive plant knowledge
• Careful and precise working method in the execution of all tasks
• Strong team skills, reliability and ideally first leadership experience
• Possession of a category B driving licence, trailer experience is an advantage
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
