Technical Caretaker (m/f/d)
Your new tasks
- Operation and maintenance of commercial properties including external locations
- Independent execution of small repairs and maintenance work on operational facilities (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning, electrical installations, mechanics)
- Technical systems, functional checks, maintenance, commissioning and decommissioning (seasonal), repair work
- Supervising external contractors
- General cleaning, surrounding area and gardening work
- Monitoring and operating control systems
- On-call duty
- Assistance with apprentice training
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession, ideally in heating and/or electrical sector
- Several years of professional experience in building and facility technology
- Solid technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Driving licence category B
- Good German language skills
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ
