We offer personalized services to promote the autonomy and quality of life of elderly people in their own home environment. As part of the largest private provider of elderly services in Switzerland, Senevita Casa integrates our network of assisted living residences and care facilities, bringing professional support directly to the home.

For the Senevita Casa Ticino location, we are looking from March 2026:

Certified Social Health Operator / Certified Social Health Operator - 60-80% - Lugano Region

• Provide home care services, personalized according to individual needs.

• Swiss certified social health operator diploma
• Experience in home care
• Focus on quality of care and patient-centeredness
• Ability to work interdisciplinarily and communicate with professionalism and confidentiality
• Reliable, precise, organized, punctual, and responsible attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, initiative, and flexibility
• Possession of a driver’s license

• Contract according to the Private Spitex CCL
• Varied, autonomous, and stimulating nursing activities
• Flexible and adaptable working hours
• A well-coordinated and collaborative team
• Opportunities for professional development and internal continuing education
• Use of company cars during service
