The residential and care centres of Sihlsana AG offer various living, care, and support options for elderly people. Currently, around 200 places are available for independent living with tailored services – including home care – as well as for stays with continuous care and support services, up to specialised units for people with cognitive impairments.

Your tasks

You work independently, take responsibility for the residents entrusted to you, and are committed to implementing professional care and support. In an interdisciplinary team, you help create an atmosphere in which residents, relatives, and visitors feel comfortable.

You have nursing training and professional experience from a similar work environment. You show joy and commitment in your profession and enjoy working with people. You gladly share your expertise and experience with others and are interested in deepening and further developing your professional knowledge.
