Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced and strong leader to head the accounting department. You will join an established Swiss company in the healthcare and elderly care service sector. In this role, you will work within a professional finance team and make an important contribution to the reliable processing and continuous development of accounting.
Responsibilities:
Professional and personnel management of the accounting staff
Responsibility for monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR
Forward-looking liquidity planning
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in the area of value-added tax
Preparation of ad hoc analyses and financial reporting
Support of the CFO on technical matters and cross-departmental tasks
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training as well as advanced training in accounting or fiduciary services
Several years of professional experience in accounting or fiduciary services
Solid knowledge of Abacus
Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and working with pivot tables
Resilience, flexibility as well as an efficient and goal-oriented working style
Fluent German language skills are required
