Head of Labour Market Services Department 100%
Our Labour Market Services Department is responsible for the planning, procurement and evaluation of effective educational and employment measures for our job seekers. For the leadership of this department, we are looking for a competent executive from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You organise and lead the Labour Market Services Department.
- You support the RAV with a suitable range of labour market measures for the rapid and sustainable integration of job seekers.
- You maintain a customer-oriented and cooperative collaboration with the RAV as well as external partners from the private sector and administration.
- You continuously review offers with your team to meet labour market needs, taking trends and developments into account.
- You are responsible for demand and budget planning of all offers including financial controlling.
- You ensure the fulfilment of the cantonal service mandate as well as the implementation of the performance agreement with the federal government.
- You represent the canton of Lucerne in national and regional expert groups.
- You challenge and promote your employees in a goal-oriented manner.
Your skills
- You have a university degree (FH or HF) in business administration or a similar field, as well as great commitment and affinity for continuing education topics.
- You have gained in-depth leadership experience in previous positions.
- You bring good conceptual and analytical skills and have, ideally, already dealt with the topic of (quantitative and qualitative) impact measurement.
- You have a strong interest in social insurance law issues.
- You are a communicative and empathetic personality with a convincing presence and high social competence.
- You possess a pronounced goal and result orientation, assertiveness, service orientation and high resilience.
