Water supply
The Process Engineering and Plant Projects department is responsible for the planning, design, execution and commissioning of operational facilities for water supply. To strengthen our design project team in plant construction, we are looking for reinforcement by arrangement. Are you our new addition?
Tasks
- Planning and design:
- You take on the CAD-based planning and design of plants and pipelines and develop concepts to meet new or changed operational requirements.
- You ensure the interfaces and the functional integration of your designs into the existing infrastructure both technically and organisationally, and update the documentation of modified plants.
- You support the project managers with your technical know-how in design tasks, create drawings, P&ID flow diagrams and further develop our CAD standards.Tendering and implementation:
- You work in cross-departmental projects and realise larger plant construction projects (e.g. new plants / wells / shafts including civil engineering, electrical, HVAC).
- You prepare cost estimates, specifications and tenders, obtain offers, compare and check them, and conduct meetings with suppliers. In addition, you accompany the executing companies, ensure execution quality, handle ordering and check project invoices.
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a designer EFZ with further training, e.g. as a technician HF specialising in design engineering
- Several years of professional experience in engineering of process engineering plant and pipeline construction with CAD and BIM; ideally from the fields of water supply, wastewater, or similar
- Solid experience in project management with excellent communication skills
- Initiative, structured and problem- and service-oriented working style
- Driving licence category B
