• You represent our bank in Affoltern am Albis and the region. You actively maintain your network and engage in customer events, market development measures and campaigns.
• You lead the Affoltern am Albis branch and manage a team of personal customer advisors.
• You specifically develop your employees and promote a performance-oriented as well as appreciative leadership culture.
• You manage your own customer portfolio and support your customers in the areas of investing, retirement planning and financing. Through targeted acquisition of new customers, you expand your customer base.

• You are at home in our region and ideally rooted in the Säuliamt area.

• You are authentic, have good communication skills and a high level of social competence.
• You have completed banking training as well as advanced banking-specific education.
• You have several years of experience in customer advisory in the areas of investing, retirement planning and financing.
• You have proven experience in managing employees.
