Planning and Project Manager Industry | Retail 80–100 %

Your tasks:

• Independent planning and project management of demanding industrial projects in SIA phases 31 to 53
• Development, planning and control of projects from preliminary design to execution
• Ensuring legally compliant and approvable project development
• Monitoring and controlling the design, technical and economic quality during all planning and project phases
• Leadership and coordination of project teams, specialist planners, experts and contractors
• Confident communication with clients, authorities and specialist committees
• Support and advice to clients throughout the entire project process
• Preparation and negotiation of planner and contractor contracts
• Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines as well as active management of opportunities and risks
• Close cooperation with site management during the execution phase

What you bring:

• Architect FH/ETH or Technician HF in Building Construction with several years of experience in planning and project management
• Enjoy planning, designing, coordinating and realising demanding industrial projects
• Confident appearance towards clients, authorities and specialist planners
• Negotiation skills, cost awareness and strong problem-solving competence
• Independent, precise and forward-looking working style
• Direct and open communication as well as teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of ArchiCAD, MS Project, Messerli and MS Office
