For our client, an organisation in the health and social sector, we are looking for a Head of Finance (80–100%) to start immediately or by arrangement. As a member of the executive management, you combine strategic responsibility with operational involvement and lead a small team. You shape financial development, optimise processes, and advance digitalisation in a diverse environment.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and timely quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER
• Ensuring operational financial processes including service invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset and operational accounting
• Preparing monthly reports for department heads and executive management as well as quarterly reporting to the board of directors
• Further developing the IT and telephony landscape as well as being responsible for quality and risk management and governance processes

You offer your new employer:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration or IT, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role with sound knowledge of finance and accounting as well as financial statement preparation
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form and a strong IT affinity and experience with digital applications, ideally with Lobos, CareCoach
• Analytical, solution-oriented and loyal personality with organisational skills, initiative and enjoyment of both strategic and operational tasks
